Flurries, and frostbites…

Fried ice cream, is Winter
Sun-kissed chilly wind
Cozy afternoon, piping hot tea
Bright yellow blossoms, on a creeper

Wild happiness growing upon a fence
Each petal speaks to the passers-by
To spread smile and sunshine…
Frightful too, is Winter

bonfire

We freeze in the cold of memories
Yesterdays never thaw
We nonchalantly flow, with the aches
In our bones, balming frostbites
Shivering, beyond warmest quilts…

Yet, bonfire are some souls, even from a distance
Flurries too, are some, shower like confetti upon our hearts…
Oh, dear life!
Bless us with the wisdom

To embrace the changes in the climate of our minds, and
The weather of our hearts, calmly enduring
Learning from what the moments teach us
To love, to fear, and UNDERSTAND Winter
Embracing all the seasons of life, with a grateful smile…
